A water storage tank is about to be set up close to a drinking trough for animals. Farmers across Victoria are modifying their methods of water management as crisis in the wake of a 15 - 20 year drought deepens and climate change exacerbates the massive and destructive human impact on the environment since European farmers first inhabited the State.
