Linda Uan is an Ikiribati national, a documentary producer and as a climate change activist she makes climate change awareness resource material. Outside her home on the low-lying capital island of Tarawa, Kiribati, she describes having to finally build the seawall on the edge of the lagoon when large waves first surged inside during a spring tide coinciding with a storm in 2005.
