Five weeks after bushfires ravaged the State of Victoria killing 173 people state wide, life re-emerges in the forest at Healesville as 'Black Boys', grass trees (Xanthorrheas also known as Balga (Black Boy) to Aborigine) sprout new growth contrasting bright green against surrounding deadly blackened forest floor and trees.
