Raising Pigs

Copyright © Jocelyn Carlin 2004
Pork is staple feasting fare across the Pacific and in Tuvalu they are often raised at the edge of the lagoon as the high tides wash the pens. Feeding the pigs is very much part of the daily life of certain members of each Tuvaluan familiy.
